Returns
Jewellery items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless:
The product is damaged upon delivery, or
An incorrect item was delivered.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing video proof.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
To be eligible:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable) must be intact.
Approval is subject to quality inspection by our team.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refund timelines:
Payment gateway processing: 5–7 working days
Bank credit time may vary depending on your bank.
Refunds are handled through Razorpay, and processing timelines may depend on their banking partners.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
Customized or made-to-order jewellery
Size issues or personal preference changes
Damage caused after delivery
Late reporting beyond the specified timeframe
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
