At Gvelos, We take pride in our craftsmanship and quality. Due to the nature of jewellery products, our return and refund policy is definrd as follows:

Returns

  • Jewellery items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless:

    • The product is damaged upon delivery, or

    • An incorrect item was delivered.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing video proof.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable) must be intact.

  • Approval is subject to quality inspection by our team.

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund timelines:

    • Payment gateway processing: 5–7 working days

    • Bank credit time may vary depending on your bank.

  • Refunds are handled through Razorpay, and processing timelines may depend on their banking partners.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery

  • Size issues or personal preference changes

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Late reporting beyond the specified timeframe

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
